The prayer shed----Jiuzhai national park

Oil on canvas 122 x 91.5 cm

Inside of this shed is set a prayer wheel which turns continuously by the wtaer that runs down this stream. The prayer wheel has colourful inscriptions of Tibetan Buddist faith. Jiuzhai national park is one the most significent natural preserved place in greater China. Jiuzhai national park located betweed Sichuan province and Tibet. The people who live in that region are mostly Tibetan. The place is very beautiful and truely enjoyed visiting the palce. I would like to go back and see the palce at the change of the season. I am going to to paint some more interesting part of this fantastic national park.
