Kerem-Maharal, Mt Carmel, Israel. A few months ago on my trip to Israel, I was  in this beautiful spot. since then a fire has destoried a big part of this natural forest of this mountain. What a shame.

I took a stroll through the old street of JAFFA, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Enjoying the place and its colourful history. This painting has taken me longer to paint because of major floods that we had in my city of Brisbane, it has been raining for three months just about everyday. It turned to be a catastrophical event of Biblical proportion where it had affected many people in Brisbane.

Ancient bulidings, a place of inspiration and hope. And as the dusk sets in, on the Mediterranean Sea, it unfolds its splendor of its past.

Visiting Old Jaffa that attracts many tourists who are visiting the many galleries which are part of the old city I have found it as a beautiful place.
