Lake Kanas

On my visit to Lake Kanas situated in remote part of Xinjiang province. back in 2009, I have found memories of this beautiful spot. Lake Kanas in Burjin,It's close to Kazakhstan. On my visit I did not see many western people travelling in this interesting and rewarding place.

The Squills of Mt - Carmel

On my vist to Israel late summer in October. The Squills were  in full bloom, as everywhere it was so dry. This beautiful flowers make a wonderful sight.

Spirit of Nian

On the ocasion of the Chinese New Year, the year of Rabbit, I have painted a painting which represents part of the Chinese legendary going back three thousand years . At the beginning of spring the people of acient time in China have beat the ferocious beaset called "NIAN" and this legendary believe has formed the traditional Spring Festival or Chinese New Year.

The Doves of Pink City

Jaipar's palace of winds, Rajasthans, India. This painting is a part of a window of this magnificent palace. I am working on a much larger painting of this palace, but I thought it was interesting to have a painting of the doves that were on the windows of this palace.
